General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Fit4 Group SGYC SL (Version 1.0)

Scope of application: For all Fit4 Group websites and platforms (incl. Fit4Academy, Fit4Horses, Fit4Dogs, Seiffer, CASU21, Horse4U and others)
1. Subject matter of the contract
The Fit4 Group offers digital learning content, coaching offers and partner programs for specialist trainers, content creators and end users. Users receive access to digital products and services as part of a subscription or partner agreement.
2 Conclusion of contract
By taking out a subscription or participating as a partner (content provider, closer or affiliate), the user expressly accepts these GTC and the supplementary partner conditions.
3. Terms of payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Partners receive 30% commission on referred paying subscribers via affiliate link or QR code.
- Billing is automated via AffiliateWP and Paid Member Subscriptions.
4. Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content that is provided directly, the statutory right of withdrawal expires at the start of downloading or streaming (Section 356 (5) BGB).
5. Rights of use
- Users receive a simple, non-transferable license for personal use of the content.
- Content providers grant Fit4 a non-exclusive right of use for the provision, advertising and commercial exploitation of their content.
6. Obligations of the partners
- Content Providers are liable for the legality, originality and quality of the content they provide.
- Closers and affiliates undertake to comply with the Fit4 advertising guidelines and may not make any misleading statements.
7. Termination
- Subscribers can cancel monthly at the end of the term.
- Affiliate agreements can be terminated with 30 days’ notice.
8. Liability
- Fit4 is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
- The use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. References to supplementary regulations
- For partners, the partner conditions for content providers, closers and affiliate partners also apply.
- Supplementary guidelines and technical information (e.g. upload guidelines) are part of the cooperation.
10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
- Spanish and European law shall apply.
- The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Córdoba, Spain.
These General Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Legal Notice and the separately regulated Partner Terms and Conditions.
